In September 15, 2023 I did defend my Doctoral PhD thesis at the Faculty of Law of University of Valencia, with international mention (due to the stay at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam).

I would like to express my gratitude to the supervisors, Dr. Dick Molenaar and Dr. José Landete, whose encouraging support, mentorship, and expertise have been essential throughout this PhD journey. Moreover, also special thanks to the PhD Committee members (Dr. Francisco Magraner, Dr. José M. Almudí and Dra. Madeleine Merkx) for their constructive questions and comments, as for their availability.
