Durá Tax&Legal is a tax and legal firm with more than 25 years of expertise, based in Valencia. From the beginning, the firm devoted its services to tax matters, then it expanded them to a wide range of legal fields (legal advisory, labour law, etc.) commensurate with the demand of its clients, leading it to provide a comprehensive advisory service.
Due to the increasingly growth of Spanish inbound and outbound investments, Dura Asesores started to provide international tax and legal services, becoming one of the pioneer firms, providing those services.

EXPERTISE
Mr. Durá focuses his practice on inbound and outbound international tax planning, particularly with tax treaty interpretation, investment holding structures and expatriate-impatriate taxation.
Also extensive experience in international corporate, individual, estate planning (involving international inheritance scenarios) and high-level experience in advising artists and sportsmen, as well as M&A and real estate transactions.
